CA LALIT MITTAL is a Practicing Chartered Accountant since 2001 and is Fellow Member of Institute Chartered Accountants of India and Founder and Senior Partner of M/S. Lalit Rakesh and Associates.

He is having vast experience in the Income Tax – Domestic and International. He renders advisory, planning and compliance services for corporates on Income tax matters. He has extensive experience in representing cases before various Appellate authorities.

His main area of practice is Indirect Tax Laws and setting up foreign entities business unit in India as Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Branch Office, and Liaison Office and to Indian entities for setting up operations abroad.
